Ended up sending duvet cover back as colour not quite right. Love linen bedding though. Lovely to sleep on. Good company - very responsive, friendly and efficient.

My linen nightshirt arrived very promptly; it’s very well-made and I’m extremely pleased. I’ll happily buy from Piglet in Bed again, especially if there’s a wider range of colours available.

I wish I could give more stars. This brand is absolutely fantastic and their customer service is unmatched.

I accidentally ordered a flat sheet when I wanted a fitted sheet, so I issued a return with a note in the package asking if they could just exchange it for the fitted version if it was possible. I wasn't sure that they'd allow me to exchange it because on their site it says that exchanges are for if items are damaged upon arrival. I sent it back not too long ago and was surprised to see a package from them today. It was the fitted sheet! I hadn't heard any communication so I thought that they were still processing my request, but nope! A very pleasant surprise.

Also, the sheets I purchased are so cozy and very nice quality. Highly recommend!!

Best bedding for comfort and all weathers. Had chosen linen bedding as I do get hot n bed. The best thing I did.

Had a bit of a mix up with the items in my order however after speaking to customer service they sorted this out straight away. Great quality pieces as well

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the night shirt. The weight of linen and the fine piping add to quality and elevate it to a luxury item. Very happy customer.

Cotton sheets are sublime. Wash really well and lovely colours. I got salt pink and sun baked. The sun baked colour was my favourite. They were in the sale which made them affordable.

Delicious pyjamas! I’ve been searching for months for something like this. Baggy and comfortable, beautifully made in quite thick linen (mind you I haven’t washed them yet) and very stylish. I bought the pale blue gingham, I love them and feel a million dollars in them. Please make some more pink gingham, I’d love a pair!

Needed to return the curtains, because of the colour. They were very slow to process the exchange and communications were poor.

Nice packaging, the item (merino wool pillow) is comfortable but has gone rather flat after just a couple of week's use. I'm not sure I'd re-purchase, but love the idea of the natural fibre to sleep on which is temperature regulating.

I expected so much more. I love the design of the gingham pyjama set and was really excited about buying these. However they're far too expensive for the poor quality of the product. There were loose threads and the pyjamas smelt. I expected better packaging (for example tissue paper) given their luxury price point.

Amazing service from Piglet in Bed. They had sent me the wrong size but ai only realised it after I’d labelled the pyjamas with my daughter’s name, and cut all the labels! They still sent me a replacement. I’m a really loyal customer, love their pyjamas and bed linen. Excellent quality, and outstanding comfort. And my daughters love them too…

I bought a fitted sheet, 2 pillow cases and a table cloth. I love the look and feel of all of them. But I’m a little frustrated with the quality. The fitted sheet ripped along one of the corner seams after only 6-8 night of sleep. I’ve contacted customer service but still no response. Based on how they respond I will either upgrade or downgrade my review.

Beautiful products, quickly delivered. I returned one item (I bought a replacement in a different colour) and it was dealt with swiftly and easily. Great customer service. Highly recommend
